The item is exquisite. It was securely boxed and although the shipping was glitchy the seller stayed in contact throughout making it easier to receive. Seller told me they were not sure if it worked so they recommended ordering a pump. Would’ve been more helpful to know that the plug was not American to begin with, weeks later we are still figuring out if this art piece works.
